* Received all items in good condition.

* Warranty is confined to the first purchase only from the date of purchase and the original invoice to be produced to claim warranty.

* International warranty period is 1 year less 14 working days from the warranty expiration.

* Warranty covers only manufacturer’s defects.

* Damages or defects due to other causes such as negligence, misuse, improper operation, power fluctuation, lightening, natural disaster, spill of food and beverages, physical damages such as pin damages, burn marks, oxidized / corroded, improper charging, software rooting and unauthorized tempering are NOT included under this warranty.

* Agent’s / Distributer’s warranty to be claimed by the customer at their designated service center.

* Once sold the goods are considered as used.

* All Apple warranty, if iCloud is locked or location service not disabled and returned by Apple, Warranty will be void.

* Water/Liquid damaged, physically damaged, and burn damaged devices are not eligible for warranty claims under any circumstances, and PRESENT SOLUTION PVT LTD will not be responsible for above mentioned damaged devices, repair costs must be borne by the customer.

* Please note warranty replacement shipment may take up to 45 to 60 days or more to process, and within this period there will not be any loan phone provided for any circumstance.
