Delivery Overview

Exchange & Returns of Goods

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted when:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • The product has manufacturer defects only.
  • Items remain unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • A valid receipt or invoice is provided.
Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products.
  • Items without original packaging or missing components.
Defective or Damaged Items
  • If your item is defective or damaged:
    Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • After inspection, we will provide an exchange, replacement, or repair based on condition and warranty.
