By purchasing products from Present Solution (Pvt) Ltd, you agree to the following warranty terms and conditions:
1. Product Condition
All items are inspected prior to sale. Once purchased, products are considered used.
2. Warranty Eligibility
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the date of purchase.
The original invoice must be presented to make a warranty claim.
3. International Warranty
For products with an international warranty, the warranty period is
1 year minus 14 working days from the stated expiration date.
4. Warranty Coverage
Warranty strictly covers manufacturer defects only.
5. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
- Negligence, mishandling, or improper operation
- Power fluctuations, lightning, or natural disasters
- Spillage of liquids, food, or beverages
- Physical damage including pin damage, cracks, dents, burn marks
- Oxidization or corrosion
- Improper charging
- Software rooting, jailbreaking, or any unauthorized alterations
- Any form of water or liquid damage
Devices with liquid damage, physical damage, or burn damage are not eligible for warranty under any circumstances.
Repair costs for such issues must be borne by the customer.
6. Apple Warranty Specific Terms
For Apple devices, warranty becomes void if:
- iCloud is locked
- Location services are not disabled
- The device is returned by Apple due to security concerns
7. Third-Party / Distributor Warranty
If the product carries an agent or distributor warranty, the customer must claim it directly from the respective service center.
8. Warranty Processing Time
Warranty processing and replacements may take
45 to 60 days or longer, depending on supplier timelines.
No loan or temporary replacement device will be provided under any circumstance during this period.
9. Accessories Warranty
Selected accessories include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
10. Refund Policy
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
